To determine whether a referral record should be deleted, iMIS compares the date you enter in the Older Than field on the Delete Old Referrals Referral Dialog window to the Referral.DATE_CREATED, Ref_Provider.LAST_REFERRED, and Ref_Client.DATE_CREATED values for each referral record.

To delete expired referral records
1. From Referrals, select Delete expired.
2. Click Delete Expired Referrals to open the Referral Dialog window displays.
3. Enter the date before which you want to remove the transactions of completed referrals. The Older Than date defaults to the current system date. You can override this value.
4. Click OK.
5. A message displays asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
